As we begin the new year, we aim to continue growing Player XP as an industry-leading games community platform and find ways to better support our clients. We recently updated our Roadmap with all of the new Player XP features scheduled to be released throughout 2023 and in early 2024.
Roadmap Update
As you can see from the above image, now when you click on each feature on the roadmap there is a brief description of the feature and which quarter of 2023/24 its expected to go live. You can still use the icons to vote for or against a feature on the roadmap, if any features get a significant amount of upvotes they could be prioritised over others to try and get them released at an earlier date.
Some significant updates on the roadmap for 2023 are:
- Toxicity
- Outbound API
- Enhanced Listening
- Creator Analysis
The first update scheduled to be released in 2023 is Notifications, also known as the Change Detection System (CDS). Soon you will be able to set up alerts from Player XP that notify you and your team when there are specific changes in your game’s data. This can help you monitor spikes in your data and react quickly with Player XP.
Also scheduled for release in Q1’23 is Toxicity. This feature will add a new scoring system to Player XP that tells you how toxic your game’s community is. With toxicity Player XP will analyse interactions posted by players, score it on how toxic the comment is and identify the type of interaction. This feature aims to help clients monitor and manage the health and well-being of their online communities.
Keep an eye on the roadmap to learn more about our upcoming features, and feel free to contact the team with any questions, queries or issues via email, Slack or the Player XP Chatbot on the dashboard.
