We’ve been continuing to plough on during this difficult period and we’re happy to share this month’s product update. A lot of work has been taking place behind the scenes for Player XP. Hopefully, you would have seen that the dashboard is now snappier and quicker to use. In terms of features and usability, as always we’ve been improving UX across the platform. We have also released a couple of really interesting features! We think they will help your speed-to-insight time, discoverering key positive and negative feedback towards your game.

What’s New – April 2020
As a change to the way we communicate our product updates, our new “What’s New” article will run once a month. The article will recap new features and changes made within the Player XP dashboard over the last 30 days. What’s New – April 2020 see’s the rollout of a major sentiment update, new sharing features, and lots of small usability improvements.
Sentiment Score Changes
From today (Wednesday, 8th April) onwards, you will see a change in how your sentiment scores are calculated across the Player XP dashboard. This is being driven by a number of changes we’ve put in place to help increase accuracy. The sentiment score changes aim to provide greater visibility on the differences between certain ratings. All ongoing data and previously processed historic data will be affected.
