What’s New – December 2020
We’ve been hard at work over the last month working on our next major update. Also, a number of our new features across the dashboard to assist your quality of life have been released. Thank you to those that have provided feedback on the following features and have suggested new ideas for our platform. This month sees the introduction of the first of a set of features that aim to go beyond monitoring your official channel interactions. We hope you enjoy the latest round of updates.

We’re continuing to work hard on our next major set of updates. In the meantime, we’ve added a number of new features that we think will help with your games comparison, data exporting, and notifications within the dashboard. Doing More With Your Community Data – Finding the Bad Within the Good
When all is going well for your game, it’s difficult to remind yourself to stop and look at the negative experiences players are having but it’s important to do so. If something is causing a negative player experience, leaving it unattended can lead to it becoming a major issue in the future.
September Product Update – Exporting and More
After last month’s Custom Category update, over the last month, we’ve been working hard on our next major update of adding Teams to your Player XP dashboard. Progress is going well but along the way we’ve also added a few new features to help you continue to get the most value as possible from the dashboard.
August Product Update – Introducing Custom Categories
This month we’re extremely happy to announce the release of some major new additions to Player XP. Going live as we write this update is the continuation of our work to increase how you can work with the dashboard. The next stage of this is the introduction of our Custom Category system.
